Job Shipping / Logistic Coordinator

We are Branch Office Global Outwear, Sportswear, Apparel, Footwear and Accessories 
We are seeking to recruit the following senior Professionals. 

Shipping / Logistic Coordinator 

Oversee daily activities of shipping department. Ensure that product is delivered on time from factory, via forwarder, to our distribution centers or customers. Coordinate and problem-solve issues with vendors, factories, and our Headquarter. Work closely and coordinate with the Production Department, Merchandising Department, and Q/A Department. 

Responsibilities : 
  • Review and ensure proper shipping documentation 
  • Conduct status meetings and briefings to keep Production Manager informed of department operation status and pending issues. 
  • Monitor and review relevant shipping / payment policies and procedures for continuous improvement and cost performance opportunities. 
  • Proactively communicate with local customs and commerce departments to resolve shipping issues. 
  • Process and approve the payment process using TradeCard. 
  • Lead / coordinate business process enhancement projects that are relevant to shipping / payment process. Coordinate with head office, business analysts, solution vendors, and factories to ensure smooth project implementation. 
  • Maintain compliance logistic for forwarder 

Requirements : 
  • Previous work experience working in shipping or forwarder preferred. 
  • Requires at least 3 years direct experience with shipping industry and development and 1 year management experience. 
  • Possess strong written and verbal English communications 
  • Ability to negotiate production deadlines with individuals / departments involved. 
  • Proficiently with MS Word and Excel.
